Herefordshire & Worcestershire

These counties are rich in biodiversity, containing many rare and special species and extensive areas of semi-natural habitats. Ancient trees and parklands are prominent and the rivers are a valuable national resource. There is a varied landscape with many geological exposures and landforms of national importance.
