With the initial establishment of
the Steering Group, a  work programme was agreed
in order to coordinate the implementation of the
four wetland Habitat Action Plans.
The Steering Group has taken a new approach to
the Work Plan, one which will show progress of
the group over time.
The Group identifies a series of actions for
completion over the coming year and assigns completion
dates for these actions. The Work Plan has been
developed to simplify and prioritise actions and
to place an emphasis on accelerating the delivery
of real results for nature conservation on the
ground, specifically for the four wetland priority
habitats.
